401k

We are committed to helping our employees save for retirement. Our 401(k) Plan allows you to contribute on a before-tax (Traditional 401k) or after tax (Roth 401k) basis through automatic payroll deductions. Aspen adds to your savings with matching contributions, so when you contribute to the plan. Aspen provides eligible employees with a summary plan description of the 401(k) plan that explains the key details.


Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s)

FSAs help employees budget for out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses. FSAs also save you money on taxes because your contributions are deducted from your paycheck before taxes.

  • Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts reimburse eligible medical, dental and vision expenses for up to $5,000 per year.
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts reimburse eligible day care and elder care expenses for up to $5,000 per year.

Life Insurance

We offer our employees group life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage equal to two times their annual salary.


Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance

You can also purchase supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, and dependent life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse, and your children.

Vacation & Sick time

Aspen is committed to all team members enjoying a balanced and enjoyable life, including time off with friends and family. Vacation is accrued based on length of service. Sick time is earned on the first of each year.

Aspen provides a healthy holiday schedule for additional time off with your family.



Your Wellness

Wellness Fair

Aspen holds an on–site Wellness Fair for all employees to attend. Benefits vendors, local wellness establishments, and fitness resources attend the fair and provide tips and suggestions for healthy lifestyles.


Pedometer Challenge

A pedometer challenge takes place each year encouraging employees to walk 10,000 steps or more per day.


Wellness Initiatives

Discounts on health benefit premiums are offered for completing wellness initiatives such as participating in Weight Watchers meetings, attending wellness seminars, getting a flu shot, or keeping a food journal. Each year initiatives are tailored in an attempt to meet the healthy living needs of our employees.
