Our Hiring Process

Aspen Surgical takes a special interest in recruiting top talent to join the Aspen team. We believe everyone has a special talent to offer. Here are some tips and tricks for preparing for our hiring process that will help you understand what attracts our attention.

Tips and Tricks

All resumes and applications are first reviewed by our Human Resources department. If you are selected to be considered for one of our open positions the recruiter will give you a call to arrange an interview. Unfortunately, due to the volume of people applying and excited to work at Aspen we are unable to reply to all of our applicants. You will only be contacted once your submission is being considered for a specific position.

When the recruiter makes contact, they will arrange for a 30-45 minute interview. Long term fit is a high priority for Aspen. In this interview the recruiter will learn more about your past experience and expectations for a work environment. We will then decide if Aspen’s offerings and your expectations are a match that will led to high satisfaction for yourself and Aspen equally.

If you advance to the next step in the interview process you will meet with the hiring manager. This interview will consist of a technical screening of your knowledge for the position you are applying for. The technical screening interview usually last for about 45minutes to 1 hour.

The final step in our process is to have a third interview in which you meet with a panel of employees. This panel may include peers, other managers, or member of the executive leadership team. This interview will assist us in narrowing down our candidates for the final section of who we feel with be the best overall fit for our environment at Aspen.
