Greg Pritchard
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pritchard was appointed President and CEO of Aspen Surgical Products Holdings, Inc. in September 2006. Aspen Surgical is a manufacturer of operating room, central supply and advanced wound care products.

Prior to joining RoundTable Healthcare Partners, Mr. Pritchard spent 26 years in healthcare management with American Hospital Supply, Baxter International, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health during which time he held positions of increasing responsibility. From 1994-2000, he was President of the Midwest region for U.S. Distribution; in 1996 to 1999, he also served as an original corporate officer of Allegiance Healthcare. From 2001-2004, he lead the respiratory care business of Cardinal Health. During that period, they bought and integrated the $70 mil Critical Care Concepts (3CI) business.

Mr. Pritchard serves as Vice Chairman of the Governing Council for Advocate Condell Medical Center, and is past Chairman for the District 128 Foundation for Learning.

Mr. Pritchard received his B.A. from Duke University in 1980.

Richard C. Adloff
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Adloff serves as Chief Financial Officer for Aspen Surgical Products Holdings, Inc as well as ACI Medical Devices. He has more than 28 years of experience across manufacturing and distribution, domestic and international, as well as corporate and operating unit Finance.

Prior to these positions, Mr. Adloff served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American Medical Instruments Holdings, Inc. Mr. Adloff was previously Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health’s Allegiance Unit, a $7.0 billion international manufacturer and distributor of medical, surgical and laboratory products. Allegiance, where Mr. Adloff was Corporate Controller during its time as a public company, was a spin-off from Baxter International in 1996.

Mr. Adloff joined American Hospital Supply Corporation in 1980 as a staff accountant with the Hospital Supply Division. He was promoted to Area Accounting Supervisor in Atlanta, Area Financial Manager in Columbus, Ohio, Inventory Accounting Manager and General Accounting Manager in McGaw Park, Illinois, and Plant Controller for the Pharmaseal Division in Mundelein, Illinois before being promoted to Director of Financial Reporting for Pharmaseal in 1986. Two years later, he joined Baxter’s I.V. Systems business as Director of Manufacturing Finance, and then became Vice President and Controller. In 1995, he became Vice President of Finance for Baxter’s U.S. Healthcare Business.

Mr. Adloff served on the Board of Directors of St. Therese Medical Center and was Chairman of its Finance, Planning and Human Resources Committee. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of Provena Health, $1 billion integrated delivery network of hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.

Mr. Adloff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University, a Masters degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
