Aspen to acquire Marker Product Lines from Precision Dynamics Corporation

San Fernando, CA (April 16, 2007) – Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC) and Aspen Surgical (Caledonia, Michigan) have announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Aspen to purchase PDC’s marker product lines. The purchase is expected to close in mid-May.

PDC and Aspen Surgical have over 100 years of combined experience in the manufacturing and distribution of quality medical products with superior customer service. Financial details have not been disclosed. Both companies are privately held.
