How do I place an order?

To make ordering your medical supplies as hassle-free as possible, Aspen Surgical accepts purchase orders via email (preferred method), phone, fax, or online:

Is there a minimum order size?

A minimum order of $50.00 is required.


What are the normal hours of operation?

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. Online and fax orders may be sent at any time. A member of Aspen Surgical’s Customer Service team will confirm these orders during our business hours of operation.


Will my fax or email orders be confirmed?

All order confirmations are emailed or faxed based on the contact information provided on the PO.

If you did not receive a confirmation, please email customerservice@aspensurgical.com


When and how will my order ship?

Typically, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Aspen Surgical uses various methods of shipment, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and LTL. 

The cut-off for expedited order/same day shipping is 2 pm EST.


How can I obtain copies of invoices?

Please have your PO number on hand, and contact us via email at AR@aspensurgical.com


What if I need to return an item?

A product may be returned only if the product is: a) in current production (i.e., not discontinued); b) unused, unopened, and in the original packaging and purchase unit of measure; and c) returned within 60 days of the date on which it was shipped. Custom products are not returnable, unless you have received faulty product.
