Placing an Order
To make ordering your medical supplies as hassle-free as possible, Aspen Surgical accepts purchase orders via phone, fax, or online:

Hours of Operation: M-F 8a-5p EST. Online and fax orders may be sent at any time. A member of Aspen Surgical’s Customer Service team will confirm these orders during our business hours of operation.
A minimum order of $50.00 is required.
Method of Shipment
Aspen Surgical will accommodate various methods of shipment including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and LTL. For your convenience, we offer tracking online.
Aspen Surgical will accept returns and issue full credit on products that are returned due to shipping or picking errors on our part. Customer Service authorization is required for all product returns. Please contact Customer Service to receive your return authorization number.
Only full, unopened boxes of product will be accepted for return.
The applicable restocking fees will apply.

Custom products are not returnable, unless you have received faulty product. In this case, you must contact Customer Service to open a customer complaint and arrange for replacement product.
For any customer-requested replacement goods, a new order will be initiated and invoiced separately.
