Products may be returned at Aspen’s expense for 100% credit if the customer determines in good faith and notifies Aspen within sixty (60) days that:

a) Aspen erred in order fulfillment or shipping;

b) the product is defective or c) the product is outdated or expired upon delivery.

 

All products may be returned at aspen’s expense for 100% credit at any time due to quality issues that have been investigated and verified by Aspen. A quality complaint will be opened at time of return authorization by Customer Service. If replacements are needed, a new order will be initiated at a charge and invoiced separately.
