Aspen Surgical invites surgical professionals, clinical educators, and care teams to share how Dr. Bookwalter or the Bookwalter Retractor has shaped practices, impacted OR education, and enhanced patient care.

Submit a short message or story using the form below. With your permission, Aspen Surgical will:

• Feature select stories on our website and the Aspen Surgical LinkedIn Page

• Donate $10 to Rescue Inc., Emergency Medical Services, a charitable organization in Dr. Bookwalter’s name, for every story submitted up to $5,000

• Compile entries into a keepsake tribute book for Dr. Bookwalter’s family

Bookwalter Legacy Services

In recognition of Dr. Bookwalter’s service to the military and surgery, Aspen Surgical will provide Bookwalter Retractor  maintenance checks and OR Bookwalter Education Sessions at no cost to Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense hospitals and facilities.
