The Aspen Surgical Repairs and Servicing department offers instrument repairs and services to keep your surgical instruments in top condition. Options include:

  • Full instrument repair and servicing
  • 24-hour turnaround by request for emergency repairs is available but must be scheduled with the repair department and noted on the repair request form
  • Free quotes
  • Free evaluations

Request Repair Services 

If you require repairs or maintenance on your Aspen Surgical products, request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) in just a few simple steps. 

1. Log Into Your Account:  

To begin the process, login to your account . If you do not have an account, create one by completing our Access Request Form.

2. Access Your Order History:

Once you are logged in, visit your Order History to locate the order for the item you need serviced.

3. Request an RMA:

Find the relevant item in your order history and select the option to request an RMA for the specific product that requires repair. 

4.Confirmation:

After submitting your RMA request, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Our Customer Success team will guide you through the next steps, ensuring your products are repaired as soon as possible.

Aspen Surgical Instruments and Electrosurgical Products are covered by a warranty that guarantees they are free from defects in workmanship or materials. Warranty terms and periods may vary and can be found in package inserts or operator’s manuals for specific products.
