Steve Blazejewski

Chief Executive Officer

Steve leads the global strategic direction of Aspen Surgical. He has spent nearly his entire thirty-year career working in the medical device industry, including Covidien, Medtronic, Cardinal Health, and Katena Products. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate from attending Harvard Business School’s “Leading Global Businesses” executive course. Steve is passionate about continuing to grow Aspen in a way that is anchored in strong core values and brings meaningful value to customers. “I am excited to lead Aspen into this new transformative phase as we bring our latest and largest acquisition, Symmetry Surgical, into our business and portfolio.”

Greg Muller

Chief Financial Officer

Greg has 20+ years of corporate finance experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics & accounting from IU-Bloomington. He has been highly involved in business acquisitions, divestitures & integrations. “First, it’s NOT only about the balancing the checkbook. Our job is to make sure everyone has access to and understands the numbers to help guide decisions. We have done a lot of winning over the last few years and I couldn’t be more pumped about the opportunities that lie ahead for us!”

Carl Hall

Chief Commercial Officer

Carl is an accomplished and dynamic senior leader with 20+ years of experience in domestic and global medical products and services. He is passionate about building relationships with leading healthcare executives, supply and distributor partners, medical professionals and other business leaders. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baylor University. “I am excited to lead the commercial strategy for Aspen’s continued evolution in delivering essential medical products to healthcare professionals to support patient care.”

Julie Nass

VP of Human Resources

Julie joined Aspen with over 25 years in Human Resources and extensive experience leading HR in public and private companies, from start-up to Fortune 500. Julie is passionate about employee engagement and translating business vision into global HR organizational development initiatives. Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and completed her graduate work in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Illinois State University. “I am thrilled to be part of Aspen’s tremendous growth journey and work alongside colleagues that are caring, genuine, passionate and incredibly hard working”.

Kerry Turner

VP of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Kerry is an accomplished Quality and Regulatory professional with 20+ years of progressive, results-driven experience. Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis. “I love being a part of an organization that rebukes phrases like ‘we’ve always done it like this’. The status quo and tacit knowledge is always challenged. It is glorious and sets a foundation for infinite possibilities.”

Christopher Dukes

VP of Information Technology

As the VP of IT, Chris is responsible for Aspen’s global IT strategy. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from Kalamazoo College and has over 2 decades of experience in IT. Chris combines his technical experience and strategic business acumen to drive value through efficient and secure IT solutions that enable growth. “The energy and culture within Aspen is fantastic and I am proud to be a part of our continued success. Collyn Bradley

VP of Transformation

Collyn leads the overall execution of Aspen Surgical’s strategy and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company priorities. She has over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the Medical Device industry, working at Covidien, Medtronic and Cardinal Health, leading program management, strategy and business integrations. Collyn has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Wheaton College (MA) and an MBA from Boston University. “I am excited to be a part of Aspen’s vision for the future and to help organize our team to execute on our priorities across our growth engines.”

Dennis Maier

Chief Operating Officer

Dennis leads the global operations team at Aspen Surgical. Prior to joining Aspen, Dennis spent over 25 years in leadership roles leading operations at Artivion, Baxter Heathcare, Hill Rom, Medtronic, Abbott Labs, Boston Scientific, Guidant and the United Stated Army. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Purdue University. Dennis is passionate about working hard to meet the needs of our patients and business while taking care of our employees who make delivering our mission possible. “I am privileged and thrilled to lead our outstanding employees who come to work every day to deliver outstanding products that treat patients everywhere.”
